How long will delivery take? Please don't ask me! All goods are sent by first-class mail (airmail for overseas) within 2 working days. For a delivery estimate, ask your own mailing authorities how long first-class mail takes from London, England.

Can I sign your book for you? Sorry, no. Goods are dispatched by my distributor, several miles away.

Postage charges I pass postal charges on to you at cost. The correct amount is added when you place your order, and displayed before you confirm.

Refunds Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, I cannot offer a refund unless goods are damaged or faulty.

Items lost in the mail See 'Signed For Delivery' below.

'Signed For' delivery 'Signed For' means a signature is required on delivery. It does not mean goods reach you faster. It costs 66p (UK) or £3.30 (non-UK) over normal postage. If a 'Signed For' package gets lost, I can claim up to £28 compensation for you. Without 'Signed For' delivery, you have to claim compensation yourself.

'Signed For' delivery does not work with P.O. boxes or similar where a signature cannot be obtained. I keep 'Signed For' delivery dockets for 2 calendar months. I accept no responsibility for non-delivery claims after 2 calendar months from date of posting.

Items damaged by the time they arrive Send me an email explaining the problem and I will tell you what to do next. Note: you pay the postage to send things back to me, I pay the postage to send replacements to you.
