Privacy I never pass any of your details to anyone.

Credit cards I offer cc payment via the Google 'Buy Now' facility. This enables you to pay via most major credit cards and is as secure as anything can be.

I cannot receive cc details by phone/fax. 

Security Since I use the Google Checkout facility, your credit card transaction is protected by the highest level of internet security certification.

Other forms of payment? At the moment I can only accept the forms of payment explained in these 'How To Order' pages. If you order using any other form of payment, the order will simply be ignored.

How long will delivery take? Please don't ask me! All goods are sent by first-class mail (airmail for overseas) within 2 working days. For a delivery estimate, ask your own mailing authorities how long first-class mail takes from London, England.

Can I sign your book for you? Sorry, no. Goods are dispatched by my distributor, several miles away.

Postage charges I pass postal charges on to you at cost. The correct amount is added when you place your order, and displayed before you confirm.

Refunds Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, I cannot offer a refund unless goods are damaged or faulty.

Items damaged by the time they arrive Send me an email explaining the problem and I will tell you what to do next. Note: you pay the postage to send things back to me, I pay the postage to send replacements to you.
