Brief Summary: Drew is Scotland's finest, most in-demand mentalist and also a great friend to have. He has enjoyed several interesting careers, and now distils his many and various experiences into his work as a first-rate entertainer and worker of mental miracles. A warmer, more helpful or generous man you will never meet, and I was made to feel very welcome when I stayed with Drew, his lovely wife Liz and their family.

Other Notable Achievements & Honours: Drew used to be a highly successful writer of short stories, and is an acknowledged expert on how to write these stories and sell them commercially. He is also the author of 'Making Money From Magic', which is the definitive guide to turning magic from a hobby or interest into a way of earning serious money. It was also Drew who introduced me to the world's finest whisky: Lagavulin.

Best Party Trick: Most people who know Drew would probably say it's his Sean Connery impression, because Drew can do Connery's voice better than Connery. However, he also does a very funny impression of the typical presentation that whisky distilleries give to tourists and visitors, in which they explain the rudiments of making whisky. It doesn't sound like it would be funny, but I think it is when he does it.

Special Powers: Drew is a great 'people person'. He can talk to anyone, king or pauper, get on with them, make them like him and warm to him, and find out their story. He also appears to have limitless stamina, and never tires. His background as a journalist also comes in very handy, as he seems able to find out just about anything.

Known Weaknesses: Drew has a strange inability to understand that Scotland, although it is a very nice and admirable country, is obviously not quite as good as England which just happens to be better in every way. Drew seems to have a problem appreciating this.
