Warning: do not try to organise your own firewalk. You will probably hurt yourself. You need the know-how and guidance of someone who has done it before.

Once everything is ready, all you need is a fire-walker prepared to stroll barefoot across the red-hot coals.

You may have noticed there are a couple of very embarrassing things about these photos. My hair is ridiculously long. And yes, I am wearing what is known as a 'shell-suit'. Both these things are intensely amusing. Regarding the shell-suit, the fire-walk was set up at short notice and I had about 2 hours flat in which to find something suitable to wear. I have no excuse for the hair, but thanks to the magic of software it can be removed if you wish.
