Communication Training

My book, 'People Joy', is essentially about advanced inter-personal and communication skills. As you can see from my Training page, I offer talks and training based on the material in the book. There are more details on my People Joy page.

I feel passionate about this subject. When you know how to communicate well, success becomes 100 times easier. When you don't, it becomes 100 times harder than it needs to be.

For communication training, I start by focusing on three foundational aspects of communication excellence:

How you feel about other people.

How you feel about yourself. This is about developing a charismatic personality, practising self-greatness (without arrogance) and living without fear, self-doubt and conflict.

How you feel about conversations.

Once I've covered these foundational points, I move on to discuss other aspects of successful communication. This part of the training is largely shaped by whatever we have discussed as being especially relevant to you, your team or your company. However, two areas that I tend to cover are:

The ten-second smile. This is one of the most important and life-changing techniques that any successful communicator can learn.

Vocalics. This is about every aspect of how you use your voice apart from the words you actually say e.g. volume, articulation and pitch. I teach you how your voice works and how to use your voice to best advantage in any area of life — including selling and negotiation. It's also a lot of fun to learn about!

One Fee For All Of Me!

Many clients hire me for more than one purpose. My 'One Fee' policy means that once I've arrived at your party, event or conference, you don't pay extra if you want me to fulfil more than one role, such as a keynote speaker, corporate magician or a trainer to present team building activities. We agree one, flat fee that covers everything.

I love the variety of my work. My clients are interested in everything from cold reading techniques and sales training London to persuasion training and team building exercises. Others want a speaker covering subjects such as or persuasion training, sales coaching and cold reading psychology. I also offer my services as a magician London or trainer for team building London purposes. Whatever combination you want, you can have! And we'll agree one fee for all of me!
