People Joy (advanced inter-personal and communication skills). Based on my book of the same name, this is all about advanced social, communication and inter-personal skills. In short, it's about 'the art, magic and power of successful conversations'. > Details.

Creative Problem-solving. This is an active, 'hands on' course in which I teach several subtle principles of creative problem-solving — including how to approach even seemingly 'impossible' problems. > Details.

Cold Reading For Business. I will show you how to apply the communication psychology of cold reading to areas such as sales and management. Among other things, you'll learn the secrets of instant rapport and how to talk to a complete stranger as if you know all about them — especially useful if you're involved in selling. > Details.

Fun, Interactive Training

No one learns anything if they’re bored.

This is why I make sure every class or session is lively, fun, entertaining and interactive. You have probably never seen anyone work with people the way I do. I'm told I have rather a distinctive approach.

I offer the credibility that comes from my books and my decades of experience (including senior management experience). I'm also an award-winning speaker and a gold star member of the Magic Circle.

I can train individuals, small groups or large conference audiences of hundreds of people -- and I can do it without a single PowerPoint slide (if you like).

I have never offered a ‘standard’ training session and I never will. You tell me what you’re trying to achieve and I'll prepare a 'made to measure' training program to suit your specific requirements and goals.

What Makes My Training Unique?

Why do my corporate training and team-building sessions offer unique value? My clients say there are three main reasons.

1. Experience. When you hire a speaker or trainer, experience makes all the difference. I've been doing this type of work -- which I love -- for over twenty years. I have developed plenty of experience when it comes to preparing a training session, presenting it and making sure everyone enjoys it and benefits from it.

It's also relevant to note that I spent 20 years in business and industry before I became a speaker, trainer and magician. The fact that I have senior management experience means I can relate to the problems and issues that your management team and staff want to talk about.

2. Relevance. Every client, every company, every team is different. I don't offer ‘off-the-shelf’ training or 'same every time' sessions. I will talk to you ahead of time, listen to your specific goals and concerns, and put together a training session (or sessions) specifically tailored to suit you.

3. Practicality. I teach practical, real-world skills that work. If you want fancy theories that sound good but don't really help in real life, I'm not the trainer for you. I demonstrate the skills that I teach and show how they make a positive difference in real life.
