Communication Skills
When you're good at communicating, life gets easier.
When you're not, life gets harder.
It's as simple as that.
Whatever type of success you'd like to achieve for yourself, either professionally or personally, strong communication skills will always make your path easier.
In one way or another, I've been in the communication business all my life. You can read about some of my past career experience here. I love teaching and sharing what I know about successful communication.
People Joy
When I'm hired to teach communication skills, I often draw on material from my book, 'People Joy', which is about 'the art, magic and power of successful conversations' (it's available from Amazon). You can read more about People Joy training here.
In brief, this training is about transforming how you feel about other people, about yourself and about the rich potential of the conversations you have every day (both at work and elsewhere).

I then invite attendees to suggest real-life scenarios in which they'd like to be more persuasive. Taking each example in turn, I show how the new, PPM model would help in that specific situation. I can supplement these examples with other examples and real-life case studies from my work in this area.
Executive Training
It's hard to lead, manage or inspire if you don't know how to communicate successfully. I've worked with executives and senior managers from many of the world's leading companies and organisations, helping them to be better, clearer and more successful communicators. I cover everything from preparing to communicate well to good conversational habits, common errors to avoid and the correct use of your voice. This material is practical and productive but also good fun to learn about and to start puitting into practice.
